To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be returned in the original packaging

HotPan provides free return shipping for eligible returns worldwide. Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide return instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
